HGTV is a wonderful show. It inspire me to fix up my home and possibly your. The team work, coordination, and infuses that goes into creativite designs that these people put together is mind boggling. It looks like the producure may use two camera to pan the room to pick up imprefection ( things that should or could improve the space). They add a little flare to it by have some speak about the space that they are showing. Then the designer put her/his skills to the test. I have always wonder what happen to the episodes that the home owners wasn't impress with the design do the disguard the video or what. So, far I have been happy with all the outcomes of the show.
